Breakfast Wine Club ("BWC", "we") is operated by Graft Collab Consultancy FZCO. These terms cover your account, subscriptions, event bookings and member services. The benefits, price and booking conditions shown for your chosen membership or purchase form part of that offer.
Membership and event attendance are strictly limited to persons aged 21 or over. We collect your date of birth at signup and staff may verify identity and age at any event. Alcohol is served only at licensed venues in accordance with UAE law.
Village is a free verified membership. Premier Cru and Grand Cru are paid subscriptions offered monthly or annually, billed in AED with the displayed price inclusive of VAT. Annual membership is charged upfront and provides twelve service months at the price shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at their selected cadence until cancelled. Event allowances reset on activation-anchored monthly periods and do not become cash or transferable credits.
You can manage, change or cancel a paid membership online from your membership page. Before confirmation, the page shows when a requested change takes effect and any amount due. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid service period. Cancellation does not normally refund an already-started paid period; this does not limit any refund or other remedy required by law. Membership pause is not currently offered.
Trade is available only to approved wine and hospitality professionals. Its price is shown before purchase, inclusive of VAT. It is billed monthly or annually and renewed automatically at the selected cadence until cancelled. Its only included membership benefit is full access to the Winemaker Sessions event type, subject to booking availability and the club’s booking rules. Other event types, guest places and additional membership benefits are not included. Where special pricing is offered, the lowest eligible price applies; discounts do not combine. Questions about possible future benefits do not promise those benefits.
Trade approval is separate from purchase and can coexist with Village, Premier Cru or Grand Cru. Purchasing Trade changes your membership through the normal plan-change process; approval alone does not charge you or change your current membership. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Keep your professional details accurate if your role or employer changes. Optional marketing or sharing permissions are not a condition of approval.
Professional approval lasts one year. Reapproval opens 30 days before expiry so you can review and update your saved details. Submitting a renewal does not extend approval until it is reviewed. If approval expires or is withdrawn, Trade pricing and new Trade purchases are unavailable. An existing paid Trade membership keeps its included access until the end of its paid period and will not renew without valid approval. Timely reapproval removes the automatic approval-expiry stop. It does not restart a subscription that has already ended or undo a cancellation requested by you or an administrator. When the paid term ends without renewal, an eligible account returns to Village.
Membership and event prices are managed through the club catalogue. A general offer, membership-specific price or approved Trade price may reduce your price; you receive the lowest eligible price, not stacked discounts. Time-limited offers end at their displayed time. Prices and eligibility can change for future purchases and renewals, including existing subscriptions. A catalogue price change does not itself prorate an already-paid period. You can cancel before your next renewal. Any price change remains subject to applicable notice, consent and consumer-protection requirements.
Seats are limited. Cancelling a booking before the cancellation deadline shown for that event restores an eligible membership allowance or refunds the original ticket tender, as applicable. Later cancellations and no-shows do not restore the allowance or ticket payment except where required by applicable law. Repeated no-shows may restrict future reservations. If BWC cancels an event, the affected allowance is restored and the original event-ticket tender is refunded automatically.
Some event capacity is temporarily reserved for Premier Cru and Grand Cru primary bookings so paid members have a fair opportunity to use their allowance. Protected seats release according to the policy shown for that event. Priority inventory is earlier access, not a guarantee of a seat. Waitlists are ordered among requests eligible for each protected pool and become globally first-in, first-out after release. Offers are held for the stated period and then pass to the next eligible person.
A nomination, companion place or shared event place is a named, event-specific invitation. It is not a transferable membership, cash balance or resale right. For events not included with Village, nominees and every shared-place recipient must hold their own verified adult account. Where a companion place depends on the sponsor's attendance, cancelling or failing to attend may also invalidate that companion place.
Invitations and shared places may not be sold, pooled, brokered, used to split one subscription between multiple people, or repeatedly reassigned. BWC may revoke an invitation, reverse an improperly used allowance, restrict future sharing or close an account where technical or factual evidence indicates abuse.
Earn AED 100 for a friend’s first Premier Cru purchase or AED 150 for Grand Cru. One wallet reward per referred member; renewals and later upgrades do not earn another. Rewards remain pending through the stated fraud and refund review period. Available wallet value may be applied only to an eligible membership payment; it cannot be used for event tickets, transferred, cashed out or sold. Refunds, disputes, fraud or abuse may void or reverse the related reward.
Certificates depend on the attendance, completion and any separate certificate purchase requirements shown for the event or programme. A certificate is not automatically included with every booking. Downloaded certificates are for your own use; the verification link can display the recipient name, award and issue date to anyone who has it. Materials released after verified attendance remain available for personal use if your membership changes, while your account remains available. Deleting your account removes online access and personal certificate files and anonymises the retained certificate record; download anything you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
We may decline or withdraw membership for behaviour that endangers guests, staff or venues, or breaches venue rules or applicable law. Please drink responsibly.
Keep your details accurate and your sign-in credentials private. Do not access another member’s account, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or misuse another person’s information. You retain rights in content you upload and must have permission to share it. You allow us to store and process it to provide the features you use, subject to your visibility settings and our Privacy Policy. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Wine information and valuations are informational and are not a guaranteed resale value or professional advice.
Raise booking, billing or account problems with the club so we can investigate. Account deletion can require unresolved bookings, payments, refunds or wallet balances to be settled first. We may update these terms as the service changes and will show the revision date here. A wording update does not remove rights attached to an existing purchase or replace any notice or consent required by law. Applicable UAE law governs these terms. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or your right to approach a competent authority or court.
